...ork life balance. 3) No job security, they can kick you out if you are on bench. 4) They will make you work extra hours and extra days but would never pay you for those extra hours. 5) No facilities provided by the company, terrible laptops and internet in the office. 6) They charge their customers heavily but try to hire their developers very cheap and with no benefits. 7) You will always be undervalued here, no matter how hard you work or how skilled you are. Their only evaluation criteria is how good you are at fooling their clients into giving them projects.

Basic salary is 9k even in this company security earns 20 k no appraisal after one year if there only 200 or 500 they cheat with out Incentives no allowance they keep on moving from one process to another worst company please don't join

Salary doesn't credit on time, salary related concerns are regular, Faviratim is common, no cab, no food coupons, not good for experienced professionals

There's nothing to like about this Company. Worst company to work in every possible aspect. Zero work life balance, zero respect for employee's private life. Hires you for one job role and assigns various other works. Zero job security as they chucked out people in Covid without even giving them enough time to find a new job. Worst work experience till date.

As per my experience, I worked in top most MNCs in the country and this company is my worst experience. So nothing to like about.

Yes a lot! Let me share my experience: When I joined the company, they promised a lot of things regarding work and salary when I joined in Bangalore office. Being an outsider for Banglore, I rented a house and settled there and within a month of joining they asked me to go Mumbai without any prior information and didn’t even pay for my ticket and extra baggage which was total around Rs 23000. Now started my real struggle, they provided me a hotel in mumbai and asked me to pay for that as well but at that time I requested them to do that as I didn’t had much funds. For which I had to request a lot to HR. Now as I was in deputation in mumbai, new to the city struggled a lot with finding home and finances to which I was not told earlier while joining and no help from Company. Now I joined my client office there where they lost there project in two months and they asked me to look for another job. So in this company, they play with your salary, your work profile, no job security and not at all employee friendly. They will cheat you with everything. Trust me Beware of this Company.
