Basic salary is 9k even in this company security earns 20 k no appraisal after one year if there only 200 or 500 they cheat with out Incentives no allowance they keep on moving from one process to another worst company please don't join

Work work work if not complete the target means extend the shift, and working weekends also no pay if company need also no pay, no fun activities and no celebrations if festival day no activities, please find better feature in other company.

The salary for fresher was low and their leave policy and other benefits nothing was discussed by HR. My PF amount was not credited according to government norms by the company. They dont provide enough leaves and extend the working hours.

Good work environment and culture. Manages are very supportive and transparent. Leaves were get approved very fairly, company policies are good.

Anual Salary hike was not up to the market standards even after performing outstanding.

In Visionet they have made one internal policy for their productivity. If your productivity is less the 75% then you will get your salary as per your production. Eg. If your salary is Rs. 100 and you achive 70% productivity then you will get only Rs. 70. This is one of the worst schanaios as this people dot have work and making any policy.
