Job security & Management behaviour are excellent at Vision Comptel. Work Culture is also good. No politics exists between employees. Employees are free to take decision regarding work.

Unfortunately after the pandemic of Corona Virus career growth, Salary appraisal is not meeting our expectation but compared to other Kolkata based company still it is comfortable.
