There is work life balance. Good working culture. Helpful and intelligent employees. Canteen and transport facility available which is a plus. Most of the people are very co-operative. Very good learning experience.

Improvement on salary point is necessary.

...t address our issues. Tgere is a bond of 2 years befire which you cannot resign.salary is decent but carrier growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Over-ally work environment, innovation is great compare to other organization.
