I worked as a Safety Engineer of 9 months, there is no safety policy and safety procedures to fallow, the organization doesn't wants to implement safety norms only for the purpose of PMC they will hire. Until unless incident occurrs nobody will question you. 34 acres of land 338 G+2 villas,Farm house, Club House Ware house workers nearly 700 only one safety Engineer. Before stepping into Vishal projects pvt ltd at E-City, Tukkuguda, beside Sreshailam High way. Kindly think Urself. Blaming culture is very high. The DPM will handover another works to care of it. My dear Safety Professionals don't choose this blunder Company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is little bit of politics .salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no bond.

I really felt pleasure working with vishal projects, lot of challenge’s faced in all these years. My superiors are much supportive for achieving my targets on time. Good time spent with great team 🤞🏼👍🏻

Not much to share, work life balance is little bit difficult to handle.

Very very bad experience it is, there is no security for our job,nobody knows when they will take a decision to layoff/terminate us without any proper reason and notice. they will encourage employees who are their relatives only, they will not encourage other employees. There is no proper way to salary appraisals we have to beg sometimes for our appraisals, if we ask no of times for appraisal or incentives thay will target us to terminate our employment. Finally no job security, lot of political issues we have to face with our team, office colleagues, hr and management, No appraisals, No incentives, No appointment letters, We have to fight and argue no of times with hr and management for our appraisals and incentives. How many are ready to fight against with hr and management. Finally i wont prefer for new people to select this opportunity.
