I worked as a Safety Engineer of 9 months, there is no safety policy and safety procedures to fallow, the organization doesn't wants to implement safety norms only for the purpose of PMC they will hire. Until unless incident occurrs nobody will question you. 34 acres of land 338 G+2 villas,Farm house, Club House Ware house workers nearly 700 only one safety Engineer. Before stepping into Vishal projects pvt ltd at E-City, Tukkuguda, beside Sreshailam High way. Kindly think Urself. Blaming culture is very high. The DPM will handover another works to care of it.
