Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? No work life balance, no leaves nothing to stay in this company, you have to join co call on your weekly off Or you are on leave, no matter what situation you are going through you have to join the call, even they do concall at 10:30 to 11:00 PM it really surprising

These people do not talk nicely to their employers, take more work than the prescribed time, while working for 12 hours they say they have to work for 8 hours but these people do forced work for 12 hours bad company 😡😡
