...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every years.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is very slow .i am working since 2016 but my manager not promotion me.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does,t address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joinees

Lot's of things to learn, this not like other companies where your boss pulls you down. In this company you can learn everything.

Dislikes

...ited manpower & give double manpower work. They don't do marketing for business. Old fashion, Less staff, Low salary, Long duty hours (official 9 hours, but you've to work 12-13 hours) No job security.

Worst Company never seen they also don't give my salary This branch manager vary bad they never give many worker salary including me my branch name Vishal mega Mart Address. Surajpur near by ghanta gol chhakar greater Noida GB NAGAR 201306

These people do not talk nicely to their employers, take more work than the prescribed time, while working for 12 hours they say they have to work for 8 hours but these people do forced work for 12 hours bad company 😡😡

Appraisal and growth is very good.. Any one can learn lots of upskills here...... Salary bonus incentive etc and also salary time is very good....

Dislikes

Not a single percentage of satisfaction here.. To much pressure,work life is totally not balanced and also duty time is not fixed...someday it's straight to 12. 13. 14 hour a day...
