There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is very slow .i am working since 2016 but my manager not promotion me.

... very happy to part for this company. My experience in company less then 1 year. So I don't no salary and appraisal. Work environment are very all team are supporting.

On things are this working hours more then 12. And no proces to operate the store

Good salary .. on time. Salary is the only good thing .

Bad culture . They dont treat u like human beings. In a month into joining this company I realised that I will have to compromise on my self respect if at all I wanted to work here. An unethical company . They abuse their staff.

Lot's of things to learn, this not like other companies where your boss pulls you down. In this company you can learn everything.

...ited manpower & give double manpower work. They don't do marketing for business. Old fashion, Less staff, Low salary, Long duty hours (official 9 hours, but you've to work 12-13 hours) No job security.
