I went there as a new jonee in the post of hr assistant and was quite excited to be a part their company. But i was told to bring my personal laptop to workplace.And the reason was that they will purposely not provide me with office pc cuz they will first see me then provide me office desktop. I was quite disappointed with that attitude. As far I as know in their agreement it was never mentioned that i should bring my personal laptop. And i have not seen any other employee bring their personal laptop in the office. So it's seems they know how to demotivate a candidate and not assess them properly. So i decided to resign from the company.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
