For beginners to start their career. This place gives you a kick start, they usually pick up govt projects, so you will have a enarmous amount of knowledge to gain by working with govt officials. 2 years of work experience here is equal to 5 years outside any other company

Dislikes

When I was working, management was pretty bad. No concern about employees. But I'm hearing it has changed over years and better now.

No. I have not join there. I have face an interview with owner and call me at HO for finalization. My self attended as per scheduled at RAI PUR. After completion introduction both sides are agreed and all documents asking HR Miss Shukla and finalized me. After 3 days Miss Shula conveyed me You are not Selected . very very poor management .
