Nothing Good! If you are really a good company can't you use a good recruiter or alternative for screening so that you can get really good candidate ? Please see the dislike understand the question. If you are a knowledgeable candidate do not apply better choose more good company.

I got a call for my apply here from Recruiter Rajesh Singh, me as having 7+years of overall experience and It was surprising to see a recruiter have no idea how to talk to the candidate and interview process to know more about the work experience rather he started judging my resume saying its of only 1page it should be 2page..hence while on call when I understood he won't be able to identify the right skills even though I have given my time and I asked to ignore my candidature and do not move ahead, In a 2min. it was really shocking for me that Recruiter (Rajesh Singh) was writing me text msg to me saying "I tagged you in Naukri with suitable comments wherever you will apply you wont get and have a bad career ahead!' I didn't understand where these people come from? How can such inexperienced recruiter can decide to distroy future career? Either he should use his time in finding out some other candidate if possible for him. Even this shows well how untrained recruiter this company has that before writing such unethical text msg he haven't thought if I could use that as sword?

I really happy to worked with this organization , they have good team work with latest technology and also good atmosphere for work. Vary skilled person in that organization
