Worest company ever, they don't give salary in payslip as they mentione in the offer letter first of all. second HR tell lies like you salary will get hike like in anything in 3 months until u join which they never do. even though ur serving notice period they will ask the amount to pay instead of they do F&F.

Client won’t respect the employees who’s from this company, all contracts anytime gets over no proper duration and no early communication also. I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike. Accenture Designation = Associate Manager Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer Looking for a long term stay
