...hybrid work. Secondly, the company lacks in providing promotions and appraisals. Despite completing two years, I haven't received a single promotion, and the process for variable pay is unclear and seemingly arbitrary.Furthermore, there aren't many projects available, resulting in many employees being on the bench for extended periods, sometimes up to 2-3 years. This situation leads to a lack of salary hikes and job security. Additionally, the company frequently conducts 'EIQ' exams (skill tests), which can lead to employees being terminated based on the results.

This is an MNC which is very good for freshers, the best salary in the industry will be provided to the freshers, Very very good company for development and testing and cloud computing projects But only regret is that management won't treat you like employee, The offboarding part id very difficult, literally they will see you as enemiy once you applied for resignation

Internal politics are at peak level, no value for true skilled guys

Good working environment. U get to work on latest tech and tools and get to experiment a lot

The compensation and benefits are not upto the mark. You won't get any hike or promotion and if by chance you get one, than the increase is very minimal.

Very less salary for freshers who done their under graduation. Rotational shifts will exhaust the employee. Work force will be less , so work pressure on an employee will be more.

During this pandemic, work from home is a right choice to avoid spreading of diseases but reducing the shift allowances make us suffer a lot to face these pandemic with very low salary. Company have to think about employees with less CTC, how could we run our families with less salaries than usual. We are not expecting a Support by providing extra wages but it is not right to take away the existing salary too.. At this time.. May be this will not bring any changes to the scenario.. Yet providing feedback
