With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Other than the Developer guys all were good don't share anything with the development guys

Dislikes

You will have work pressure if you are ready to work 13+ hours for very low salary you can go ahead. But after working 13+ hours also they won't get satisfied and they'll keep on complaining about you. Then if you are OK to work on Saturday and Sunday you can join here they'll simply use the word Demo and tell others to come on Saturday and Sunday and they'll call those who are not involved in the project also.
