SO many dislikes including HR policies, lunch policy, Salary Policy, CTC scam. they will mention the CTC with an annual PLI(performance linked incentive) but after joining the company they will not the PLI in the first it will be paid after completing almost 2 yrs.

5 working day culture, Nice management, Satisfactory salary, Nice place to start career, good appraisals, no office politics, company is moving more towards employee satisfaction

Some projects are still being developed in old and limited tech-stack which disrupts learning.

Everything is problematic in this company. HR has inconsistent rules and can create or change policies at any time, often tailored to individual employees. The strict 9-hour workday adds to the stress, and the pervasive office politics create a toxic environment that undermines teamwork and morale.

It was very bad experience.I have wasted around 4 years in my career, there was no proper increment for working. Everything politics!

Training, QA manager L Kumaresan is bloody idiot, he doesn't know about QA.

Managers are awesome. They are like real friends who will help u grow.

The management is a worthless piece of garbage. They just think about themselves. Don't care about any employee. Forces employees to come when the AQI level was >500 in November 2021. So not employee friendly. Upper management looked like a bunch of fools.
