Honestly, my experience with Virtual Employee was really disappointing. After clearing all rounds and even discussing salary, they kept delaying my offer letter for over a month with vague excuses. Then, out of nowhere, they rejected my candidature without a real reason. The worst part is that they collected my confidential documents before rolling out the offer letter. Wasting a candidate's time like this is highly unprofessional. If you are looking for an opportunity, try to avoid these types of fake companies.

Nothing ....they will make you sign bond and then you will face the worst treatment in your life

Overwork, no hike, non supportive TL and Project Lead, worst HR , can't take leave more than 1-2 days if you have client, clients and both internal team harass you.....this is the worst office you will work for. They all don't reply whenever convenient for them

The company has hold my salary and has hold the relieving and experience letter, that too with invalid non official SLA where I have asked for relieving with valid medical reasons, they has been mentioning that their SLA is more important than anyone’s medical condition and asking for 2,00,000 for experience letter and relieving with final FNF. I would not recommend working here.

What you could expect the best is salary on time exception there too of auto salary deduction by their designed system.

Everything, weather you talk about facilitation, employee engagement, work satisfaction, learning, work life balance, and if you commit a single mistake weather you are on any post you will be fired no hearing, no warning, no feedback just client said I am not okay working with this person as his efficiency is l'ill low as per my standards and you are gone. you would be called to HR and just fired right away and you would be asked to handover the credentials and go home.

You are aligned directly with the client. 10% fixed salary hike annually If any project goes away, company keeps you on bench for few months so that you may get any new project or assignment. You have freedom to choose from Full time to part time clients/work assignment. Company has diverse clients almost from every field, From core IT, Finance, Insurance or individual small scale clients as well.

HR is not that responsive. Some employees are too casual for the office environment Some managers may be not good to work with, again it totally depends on luck which manager or project you get. There is a huge communication gap in between internal system. Sometimes you have to fight alone to get your Overtime money or special leaves or attendance.
