HR is not that responsive. Some employees are too casual for the office environment Some managers may be not good to work with, again it totally depends on luck which manager or project you get. There is a huge communication gap in between internal system. Sometimes you have to fight alone to get your Overtime money or special leaves or attendance.

...able, and the clients they served are predominantly very small-scale businesses. The financial compensation does not seem to be worth the potential risks to your career. Consider other opportunities where your long-term growth and stability are better supported.

Never join this company first they hire with handsome package after 15 days they ask to leave. I had join this company 1st November 2023 they offer 34 k in hand after that they said Client not happy with performance ask to leave without giving any explanation, never told what mistakes I have done even they didn't give second chance which most of company do. Coworker also not supportive they can only mock new joiner think themselves more superior. We are human being not god

What you could expect the best is salary on time exception there too of auto salary deduction by their designed system.

Everything, weather you talk about facilitation, employee engagement, work satisfaction, learning, work life balance, and if you commit a single mistake weather you are on any post you will be fired no hearing, no warning, no feedback just client said I am not okay working with this person as his efficiency is l'ill low as per my standards and you are gone. you would be called to HR and just fired right away and you would be asked to handover the credentials and go home.

1 number ki ghatiya company hain bakwas management bakwas client bakwas HR agar aap manager or team leader ki chatoge to aap safe ho nhi to aapke bure din suru. inke client bi aise hote hain jaise unhone hume kharid liya ho agar aapko dusre ki chatne ko shok hain to join kar skte hain.
