Never join this company first they hire with handsome package after 15 days they ask to leave. I had join this company 1st November 2023 they offer 34 k in hand after that they said Client not happy with performance ask to leave without giving any explanation, never told what mistakes I have done even they didn't give second chance which most of company do. Coworker also not supportive they can only mock new joiner think themselves more superior. We are human being not god

...curity work. Management is not all managed. Company policies are very confusing. During the covid19 they have shown the true colours in starting of lockdown they kept me on leave with out pay and when the unlocking process started they are dropping me worst company non supportive. If you know how to butter tl and managers then you may survive if you have self respect then you may not be able to work.

The policy and politics you need to know buttering to survive. During this pandemic situation they have shown the reality. When they lockdown started they have kept me on LWP and when the unlocking process started they have asked me to leave.

Only 12 leaves/Year and that too with Leave Sandwiching so you can't take them in case a holiday lies in between or else leave will be deducted for those holidays too. HR don't give a shit unless you cc their seniors in mail, no organisation or responsibility at all They don't care about quality of work or client attitude as long as client pays, even giving escaled projects to Devs, clients with attitude issues or both. Learning is slow through project, you have to self learn

...appraisal process so that if a client leaves then they will say bad performance. Worst - they will say you should be grateful that we are paying you salary.After getting billings of high value they will pay you so less. Do not join if you value your mental health. One female manager will be on DND whole day and will not respond but make you work like a slog. Also the TL are rude and and don't know anything
