...asment. - Harrasment complaint registered almost each month and no action taken. - Delayed salary upto 4 months. - And if you speak up, your life shall be made miserable. - HR who makes sure to make the life miserable. - And the owner who promotes all these activities.

No clear delegation of responsibility, work & authority. The mgt don't care about the people who are working hard Please expect verbal appreciation but no monetary appraisal

Awesome working culture in Viridian Red. Very professional environment and unique working style. Seniors are very helpful and supportive.

Dislikes

Product Training is missing which I found is necessary for any one in the organisation weather they are doing sales or not. Job security is also not their. That also another concern for any employees.

They have mnc culture..MD is cool..but because of heirarchy, less chances to grow...appraisal every year.. work environment is good.. almost all helpful excluding legal department full of incompetent persons
