...very good . Growth and learning depends upon which area or team you are part of. There are many employees who have been benefited and few who are still at the same position and package. It is to do with Management people. I would still say a good company to work with.

Few Managers, management they are least bother about the experienced staff and talented ,hardworking staff too.

Company is good but cannot trust leadership. Busy in bringing their colleagues from their previous company and bring their own culture. Dirty politics.

...gement will go against their promotion policy and give you growth and appraisal. Otherwise they will hire external people with irrelevant experience and give them good package and make internal people train them. Internal people will be given all sorts of reasons for not promoting. Higher management busy in hiring from their previous company and making their own team. Being bias is their expertise. Nobody is approachable. One voice survey is of no use. Blame game at its best. If you raise your voice against wrong things, they will find ways to trouble you. Management wants people should fear them and if you dont then you will not good appraisal and in meetings will be cornered with all sorts of reasons

...es. There's a good opportunity to learn as you work with stakeholders in the UK. Salary and benefits are at par with the industry.

Dislikes

Recognition can be a potential issue since majority of the team is based out of the UK and Ireland. On HR front, the overall processing time is higher than the industry and there is a 30% co-payment for parental claims.

Office space is cramped now due to huge growth in employee headcount

Salary for operations associates not high Increments rates are comparatively low High importance to female employees as there more female employees so growth is prioritized to females Switching the designation can a bit hassle Over the time if can get process printed without getting to learn the real skills for outer world
