Work will be monotonous after some time There will be only goodies sent to the CAs at the start and no other compensation except some points which can be redeemed as cash with some conditions

... to advertise/promote their brands in social media platforms literally for free. They pay us nothing . Literally nothing. Everything about viral fission is irrelevant and useless..

Dislikes

Hiring us to work for them for free. No rewards, nothing. The whole app/ portal or whatever the points system is , is bogus. Stop falling for it and get a nice 'Real' internship. Worth scam ever.

I was overall a great experience. Connecting people from different different states are working together was a gear experience. Working with big brands like Netflix, spotify, jio savan,etc. Make me learn so many things. Creative activities, task and work was the best. I am so grateful to be a part of such incredible group.

1. Irregular task distribution.sometimes the task in a month was Nil. And sometimes task in a month was more than 4. 2.Rewards and earning was too low.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
