The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high- quality products and has a global client base/domestic client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 12 hours straight in a day/night. Managers gives a value an individual unique strength as shift time. I do get appreciation from my managers.

...e dictator. Their is no appraisal you only get 5 persentage hike in every year. Which is lower than the infiltration so every year your salary will be reduced

No one is bothered here and discipline maintain is good

It is not good to work in the same position for long time & increase the salary on giving the resination or if someone is special then increase the salary

Great palce to work . Seniour's are good and supportive . But management is very poor. There is no recognition for your work efforts. Otherwise this place is very good for learning not earning.
