Management is like dictator. Their is no appraisal you only get 5 persentage hike in every year. Which is lower than the infiltration so every year your salary will be reduced

company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from department. Many cultural events are organised by and celebrated properly by employees. Food: They have superb canteen facility and delicious food, variety and quality of food is worth mentioning here. There is also a arrangement of food for fasting people. Infrastructure: Nice and huge buildings and all necessary equiments and well organised laboratories with employee safety arrangments. In built medical facilities and annual medical checkups. In mt opinion Viraj did what no one was doing at that time, I mean at least they didn't off the company and Provided us some incentive for taking risk it Lockdown safety was top class, Mask, Hand sanitizer and even Soaps. Lots of millions of people Lost their jobs in this Pandemic but our fellow worker of Viraj who went to home in lockdown Company accepted them not like other companies who accepted their emoloyee but on 25% less salary.
