company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from department. Many cultural events are organised by and celebrated properly by employees. This company is very good for gain knowledge at traning period.

8hour duty and 4 hour over time compulsory to all and higher authorities also force to give duty 12 hour but OT money 💰 is very tiny. Company Leave and Increament policy is very poor. Behaviour of many higher management is very bad. Working culture is very bad. Thinking about career growth is very difficult working in this area.
