I am Happy with everything. May be it would be great if they try to increase the Salary Structure for all the employees. I personally dont want tell any Dislikes for the Company as VIPSA earned my Loyalty! I feel good about my Organization, about the Culture, about my Work as well as my Colleagues

Permanent work from home, very good client base. Opportunity to work with top clients where you get lot of exposure. Good employee motivation schemes like Star of the week, Star of the Month and Best team of Month.

hardly anything, it is growing organisation

Nothing to like really. Average in terms of exposure for a fresher but no work life balance, terrible management.

Dislikes

Worst employment policy. They sign a contract from you in service agreements name. Terrible policies, no empathy from management. Overall extremely horrible experience.
