The company gave exposure to the Automotive sector. As a result, I get to travel to major Auto-manufacturing clusters in India. Another plus point do Designers is that will see new technologies and parts in Automotive Sector. No bondation on software to work.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes no training for fresher, hence senior persons have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

If you spend money on company-related tasks, don't expect any reimbursement its as good as gone. They don't provide appointment letters, just a vague agreement that you're forced to sign without proper disclosure. No salary Slips, no proper documentation and no experience letter once you leave. Joining the company is a severe blow to your career. It will leave you standard with no growth, no recognition, and no support. I've been through it, and I strongly advise staying away to avoid damaging your professional future. Consider this a genuine warning from someone who learned the hard way.
