They attract you with big promises during the hiring process, but once you join, the reality is nothing short of a nightmare. The first month salary might arrive on time, but after that delays and uncertainty become the norm. If you spend money on company-related tasks, don't expect any reimbursement its as good as gone. They don't provide appointment letters, just a vague agreement that you're forced to sign without proper disclosure. No salary Slips, no proper documentation and no experience letter once you leave. There is no thing to like in vinsum.This is a company where people with small thinking work, maximum employees are relational in this company. No one tell you about the work. No support from your senior. Salary is also coming late and every time HR deduct salary for useless reasons.

It's a lala company where u can be fired anytime, staff are also not good, they are playing every time office politics. I suggest never join this type company otherwise your future will be spoil.
