Head / Marketing DGM / Commercial Manager behavior is very unprofessional). 2.Salary Credited on different dates on every month - there is no proper date to be credited. 3.No job security, Morning there is job and evening is uncertain. 4.Late working and weekend office also ( some times 15 days working without any weekly offs, If any one asks immediately plant head targeted that employee) 5.Especially i would like to share something about Vins culture - Vins is not a online company it is offline like Documentation and etc.

The plant head, Mr Darshan Patel is worse then an illiterate. He doesn't have manners and ethics. He speaks obusive language. He doesn't have professional ethics.He targets the employees and tortures them with his stupid language. He Is unfit for that position. Qa Head Ravi Kumar Nukala, He doesn't have any knowledge of his job. He assigns 3 persons work to a single person and tortures the employees. He plays tricks and blames the employees infront of higher officials. QA DY. MANAGER C. SRINIVAS REDDY always talks bad about the employees in their absence. He doesnt have enough skills to survive in his job. He is surviving in the company by blaming the employees who work hard under him. He creates negative impact on innocent employees And creates the environment to leave the company. He is very cunning. The above is the genuine reason for my resignation. Many employees have resigned and obsconded recently because of the above people. I think the management is not aware of this. I request the management to look into the matter and take immediate action to save other employees and the organization from them.

Not worth mentioning. The candidates willing to join in the organization have to find their own information and decide to join or not join.

> More Politics played by Plant Head ( Region based politics ) > No Employee Benefits > Harassment of Women employees in workplace > No POSH & No Women's Cell > Unprofessional work environment > No HR Policy and Rules ( Every Time they change the rules as per their convenient ) > Total System is outdated.

Nothing much to like here, If you are joining this company may lead to gaining survival skills in politics and people management.

This company is in stone age. Still doing tons of paperwork. Zero ethics company... No right people in right place. The way they treat employees are very bad, especially Plant Head Mr.Patel. The way they speak is very annoying. If he likes he can do anything, if he doesn't like always targeted that employee (Unfair Boss Favoritism).

Be Unemployed but never join this company, they took Qualified person and given them work as a casual employee.

Dislikes

-QA Head and Dy.Manager's behavior is very Torcher. -Subject matter experts are required for quality team. -No ethics and respect to employees and treat employees as labour and foul language been used by higher authorities (Like Plant Head Mr. Patel) and Managers also.
