...re no clear processes, no formal handovers, and no regard for work-life balance. After I left the company in July, I had not received my salary slips for the last three months, and even after more than 60 days, my salary was still on hold. I had to repeatedly follow up with HR to get what was owed to me. My manager often scolded me for things that were neither communicated nor my responsibility. For example, I was reprimanded for not handling a client on a Saturday, even though I had never been informed that I was expected to work on weekends. I kept all the relevant screenshots of conversations with the owner and VP to document these incidents. Moreover, the lack of basic facilities was concerning. There wasn’t even a medical kit available on the premises. On one occasion, a colleague cut his finger and asked HR for a bandage, but no one had one. This demonstrated a complete lack of preparedness for any medical emergencies. When i join vinove i encountered some incidents to know that this company is a big red flag i was about to leave but i decided to give sometime and that was my mistake. Toxic enviroment downgrade my confidence. Gladly i left that company in the 6th month.

...the worst company I have ever worked. No work life balance, too much politics. The worst thing is they your part of salary in name of retention and promise to give it when you complete an year, after completing year they doesn't give your money back but say they will give it another year and continue deduction your part of salary in name of retention. If you are 5 min late they you are absent in morning half, If you are on resignation they you are going to be a victim of politics for 3 months

really bad experience ...no growth, less salary,no increment, no learning especially the digital marketing team is the worst ...team leaders have no knowledge of marketing, content creation n all....they will only push you to do more work and meet the target deadlines.
