such terrible workplace there boss vinod dhankani such most baddest person i ever seen in my life he never listen employees and use abusing language to employee he never gave my pending salary there is no one can support you. he treat his employees like slave...

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
