No promotion and increment on the basis of performance. And even you dont get salary on time Everything is done on paper and pen there is not systematic way aur any kind of erp software For skills and learning you only learn company politics All managers speaks very loudly and use abusive language with labour and permanent employees even to engineers There is no respect of engineers. Management is very poor

This company is platform to start my career. Here I get much more knowledge under guidance of here supportive staff.and also like employee re hire policy in this company

We have Quality in Process, Pre Dispatch Inspection, MSA, Layout, SPC, Red Bin Analysis, Customer Complaint etc.

Dislikes

We at Vineay Corporation do not like to get rejected and left behind. I don't like guys who send rejected parts to customers instead of reducing the cost.
