...ch timings, excess work load on each employees,less salaries,no benefits like P.F, bonus, overtime, no increments unless they feel and they never feel anything for employees.

This is literally Harassment and no mankindness. It sometimes becomes so redicelueus that altemately the employee s do not even care to take their earn salary and leave the office without any entemation in such a case these employers are just find a reason for just not paying their salaries because the employe has lest the office any entemation such a wrost company

Opportunity to enhance skill is good. Friendly and Supportive work environment. Development team is good and supportive.

Dislikes

Salary Increments are very less. Pay is lower than expected, i.e below the market standard. Payments are sometime delayed without any proper reason. Accounts team is not very efficient.

Skill development and learning culture is good, seniors are supportive too.

There are several things I dislike, including inadequate appraisals, poor leave policy and the practice of withholding salary.

I am working as an HR Trainee at Vineforce IT Services Pvt Ltd and last few months i had joined Vineforce. The work culture of Vineforce is friendly and all employees are very cooperative . And the HR of this company is very cooperative and friendly in nature she guides me everything . And i think there is a lot of learning things that i have to learn in Vineforce.

Currently i dont have dislikes about Vineforce IT Services Pvt Ltd .

What I appreciate most about Vineforce are Collaborative working environment and the supportive nature of senior staff the atmosphere encourage open communication and teamwork which help us tackle challenges effectively our senior team members are approachable and often provide valuable guidance which has been crucial for my professional growth
