Your salary is not on time. You received it after 2 or 3 months. 2. If you have a strong bond with the company, such as the CEO, you will feel secure in it. Otherwise, you could be fired without any reason. 3. The product runs on basic Java and uses old technologies, so there's no need to learn anything in this company. 4. You just debug the code nothing to do more 5. If you have a girl then nothing to do with This company just got the salary and chill with your boss

Late salary. No growth. No proper training when u first join. Hr always lying about all things. Many people use abusive language within office no professionalism.

Not anything they harass the employee after taking bond.

Do not go there . They will take bond and then haras .they will reduce salary in between of bond and after completion . They will not provide experience letter

...d have great knowledge about what they do. As a fresher you won't feel strange . Salary growth is good. You will get great things to learn here specially the IT skill and attitude. You can maintain both personal and professional life individually.
