Salary Delays. Poor management. Management put their failures on lower level employees. They have started micromanaging as they are not able to achieve their goals. No empathy.

My best thing about working at Vinculum was with the people I worked with. I was one of the few people in the company, who was lucky enough to get the best of managers, team, and work I like doing. Also, I got the opportunity to work among cross-functional teams.

Dislikes

...hence folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is painful sometimes. They hire expensive resources but not ready to pay or appreciate their current valuable resource. You only get appraised when you resign and there is no replacement.

Your salary is not on time. You received it after 2 or 3 months. 2. If you have a strong bond with the company, such as the CEO, you will feel secure in it. Otherwise, you could be fired without any reason. 3. The product runs on basic Java and uses old technologies, so there's no need to learn anything in this company. 4. You just debug the code nothing to do more 5. If you have a girl then nothing to do with This company just got the salary and chill with your boss

Late salary. No growth. No proper training when u first join. Hr always lying about all things. Many people use abusive language within office no professionalism.

Not anything they harass the employee after taking bond.

Do not go there . They will take bond and then haras .they will reduce salary in between of bond and after completion . They will not provide experience letter
