No any job security, they will pay u very less, not pay salary as discussed during salary negotiation, offer letter salary is different than you get paid which is half
Everything is dislikes, they are providing different offer letter which is invalid in market not giving the offer to letter on the name of vimal fire but during selection they will commit u to give same once u resign from existing job then they will change everything ur salary also not paid as decided, work culture is worst of work people's slabs you, abuse u ..n during exist they will not pay ur deduction once u keep resign then he salary till date not paid even whatever the deduction they made they are also not paid..loss of money and career this experience also not valid think many times before joining.
