... on faculties by forcing to sign the longterm bond in middle session of year 5. They don't give the pending salary when someone leaves their institution. 6.A faculty have to take 8 hr classes per day and it may become 12hr during examination time. 7. Class timing morning 7 am to 2 pm and evening 5 pm to 9 pm. 8. Apart from above timings A faculty have make question paper, question paper verification, any meeting and some of days they force to take demo class of new candidate by online mode. And they knowingly put these activities 2 pm to 5 pm. 9.They don't give respect to faculties. 10. During corona time they had taken full fees from students but given 70 percent of total salary to the faculty members.

I was joined as a fresher so i learnt many things about job. I experienced not only in account field but also in communication skill and anyother.

Dislikes

There is very low salary and work pressure are more. No increment also.There is no holiday for official employee.

Likes

All employee in Vikash group are just like a family. Some faculty developement programs were organised for the development of skills to cope with the situation. When any faculty is doing some extra work for the benefit of students, he or she gets the application. During this situation if someone is facing problem to make his attendance at college, he can work from home.

Dislikes

...ow to manage. All the rules are not clear here. So faculties are facing problem. There is delay in salary matter. If some one ask for his salary then also they are not ready to give the full salary even if he has completed his duty.

They don't support during Covid-19 infact they make you out from the college if you ask for salary in this Covid-19 situation.

...rking under them. They only believe on those persons who oil them day and night. They will keep your salary.

There is a good team of intellectuals. Good for expertising oneself in one's own subject.

Dislikes

The work schedule is very hectic and compensation according to work is very low. There is no proper balance of personal and professional life.
