... fuel cars inside campus, so you'll have to climb stairs equivalent to 8 floors. Oh, and you have to pay for that travel... 30kms from Karjat station. Don't even bother about more details, do not consider joining or suggesting any student to be a part of this horrible institution.

1) University is located in remote area. While working with University you will feel closure to mother earth, greenry, beautiful nature. 2) You will have access to all manangement level

1) Transpotation is paid. 2) Salary is not that great. 3) Less learning opportunity for non teaching staff 4) Lack of job security

Good concept for a new university, could be a game changer.

Dislikes

Senior mgt, lacks patience. Although university has merits and can be a game changer, they need to give time, freedom and a free hand to their employees. Remember rome was NOT built in a day. Too much of micro management spoils everything. Also, one sincere piece of advise: when you recruit someone value them, just cant make them dance to your tunes. You cant change hierarchy, policies and procedures in a jiffy. All in all, felt i could do more and could have fetched results, just that neither they had patience NOR Trust. Yet i feel they stand a very good chance to outrun any big university. Best wishes
