The absolute worst workplace with pathetic bureaucracy at its peak. If you love your life, never even consider being a part of this hellhole. Located in the deep interiors of Karjat, this place doesn't allow fossil fuel cars inside campus, so you'll have to climb stairs equivalent to 8 floors. Oh, and you have to pay for that travel... 30kms from Karjat station. Good concept for a new university, could be a game changer.

Senior mgt, lacks patience. Although university has merits and can be a game changer, they need to give time, freedom and a free hand to their employees. Remember rome was NOT built in a day. Too much of micro management spoils everything. Also, one sincere piece of advise: when you recruit someone value them, just cant make them dance to your tunes. You cant change hierarchy, policies and procedures in a jiffy. All in all, felt i could do more and could have fetched results, just that neither they had patience NOR Trust.
