...no more promotion and appraisal on time.....work environment is very horrible...there is lots of partiality in employees in every stages like work related, salary related,leave . For me there is no career for Accounts background on branch level....so choose correctly....

Teammates are good and there have job security. Career growth is good, salary is huge and there have appraisal every year. There dont have Traveling problem or politics. Learn very good and new things. Work environment is good. There have innovation. Work life is good and balance is good.

Yes i like working in vijay sales but salary standard is very low.

Dislikes

... timing is not properly or fixed. Second Future is not secure in vijay sales. Third Cashier is salary standard is very low. Fourth Transportation allowance not givan which are the employees transfer to another branch.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
