Too much bad environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but depends on person to Person. They give bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. I worked with the firm 2 years.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Only salary is on time no other benefits they run there store like GT Store no difference between local stores and vijay sales

There is no process if you want your leave they if treat you like your doing anything wrong they tell ask to HR and HR also no response

Hr process is worst, Specially HR head is useless not using his brain to analyze the issues taking always side of old collogues. Management is also not employee friendly, not getting involved if any deserved employee get harassed or bullying by senior manager.
