The unprofessional behavior I've witnessed, including threats to conform or leave, is unacceptable. It is clear that words spoken during interviews are not honored once one is an employee. 5. Exploitative Work Practices: Employees are often coerced into working on government holidays, with absurd explanations given for doing so. Requests for time off are met with resistance, even on legitimate holidays. The disregard for work-life balance and employee well-being is evident. In conclusion, I strongly urge anyone contemplating joining this firm, especially freshers, to reconsider their decision.
