Very Worst culture at viitorcloud they release immediately if they didn't find project for developer without providing any extra salary or extra notice period

They signed notice period of employee to 90 days and when they dont need the employee then release them in 1 day

The frequent project scope changes, tight deadlines , and need for better communication and clearer guidelines make the work challenging and stressful.improved resource allocation is needed.
