Working with them is a privilege because they provide good company staff that will help you with your needs, continuously train advise you regarding your work,treats you fairly,and most of all, think about your safety. I have worked with VCSi for 2years.Sometime in good place and sometimes in hostile areas. But I can tell I've enjoyed my tour of duty, though there's a lot of scary times.Its because I can communicate consistently with our company staff... I thank God and I thank VCSi for giving me a chance to work with them. I went to Afghanistan and came back here in the Philippines whole and a new person...

Just the food at first but the company have pinoy staffs so its not a problem, getting along with the team mates don't give me a hard time but with the language, culture,yes but not for long,the company picked up friendly, hardworking personels to help me.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
