Environment , Culture and people are very supportive , Salary On Time, Increment On Time, Employee engagement activities are carried out timely, Various events organising by the Company for their employees like Inter Cricket , Cycling , Picnic, Walkthon, Medical checkup for all employees , Monthly, Quarterly and yearly rewards and awards are distributed, Celebration like Birthday, Dusshera. Management is more emphasis to the bottom to top level employees to learn more through various training programm the same is continous process in the Organisation, also have facilities for employees to learn and get trained self from Linkedin learning etc. The time of the organisation is very perfect 9:00 am to 6:00 pm , no need to sit late eveining or late night, Director or Company Owner never pressure to sit and work for long or late. Management always wish to get one day week off to all employees from bottom level to top level, the reason is to get employee stay fit and healthy and give max work efficiency once he or she relax after 6 day working. Company provide all workers uniform and safety shoes and in staff also providing uniform to max standardization and good culture. Also company have a incentive scheme for the operators , Helpers and supervisor, managers, so that they get good monthly amount.
