Environment , Culture and people are very supportive , Salary On Time, Increment On Time, Employee engagement activities are carried out timely, Various events organising by the Company for their employees like Inter Cricket , Cycling , Picnic, Walkthon, Medical checkup for all employees , Monthly, Quarterly and yearly rewards and awards are distributed, Celebration like Birthday, Dusshera. Management is more emphasis to the bottom to top level employees to learn more through various training programm the same is continous process in the Organisation, also have facilities for employees to learn and get trained self from Linkedin learning etc. The time of the organisation is very perfect 9:00 am to 6:00 pm , no need to sit late eveining or late night, Director or Company Owner never pressure to sit and work for long or late. Management always wish to get one day week off to all employees from bottom level to top level, the reason is to get employee stay fit and healthy and give max work efficiency once he or she relax after 6 day working. Company provide all workers uniform and safety shoes and in staff also providing uniform to max standardization and good culture. Also company have a incentive scheme for the operators , Helpers and supervisor, managers, so that they get good monthly amount. Also company have attendence incentive scheme for employee motivation and reduce absentism. Looking to the employee Safety Company had taken Workmen Compansation policy and various medical scheme.

The Management lacks leadership skills and treats employees poorly, often making them feel like they are begging for their position. There is no clear vision or direction for the company, and priorities can change at any time, leading to confusion and frustration among the team. The MD is highly unprofessional, even criticizing employees for staying late without understanding the circumstances. The company fails to prioritize employee well-being, offering only basic, outdated facilities. The disparity between the management and production staff is glaring—while the MD and their favorite employees sit in comfortable offices, production staff and managers are work in poorly maintained spaces, often in extremely high temperatures. This unequal treatment creates a toxic atmosphere. Existing employees frequently talk negatively about the company’s culture, and many new hires leave within just two months due to dissatisfaction. The high turnover rate speaks volumes about the work environment.

Unprofessional company. MD behaviour is very pathetic and unprofessional. They hire employee and take review his performance after in 3 day. They fired employee without informing them. MD don't know how to talk a female employee.

Very poor working culture. Company ' s owner Mr.shailesh Rathi they builded late sitting culture. After seven clock they start work till 9 .am .they treat employee as like beggar
