Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Interacting with students and helping them understand difficult topic using simple examples, experiments and videos to develop their understanding of subject.

Dislikes

...and if any teacher didn't answer at this odd hours they get judged by seniors. There are few teachers who are working there for more than 10 years with almost same salary when they started. Even after this long they haven't got permanent job in this organisation. During COVID they treated work from home as holiday and didn't pay any teachers working on contract even though lectures were going on according to the schedule every day.
