The CEO is excellent. He is very knowledgeable. He shares his knowledge to everyone without selfishness and ego. He is very friendly and takes care of his employees so well. He is very hard working and a wonderful person to work with. Vibrant education is a company where people work together as one family.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I can mention here that I did not like. Vibrant education is one of the best companies that I am associated with.

Friendly environment. So much scope of learning new thing because we are alway working on new language (latest version) and technology.

Dislikes

It’s not relax job like government employees, always we have to top of new technology.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
