Managment does not believe in retaining there employees there are treated like resource and not human. They believe themselves to be process driven but does not use it when required . Learning and development team is pathetic they give useless training .

Nothing... Team management not good... No overtime pay... Lots of pressure... Every day overtime work office time is 9:30 to 6:30 but they pressure to work till 10-11 pm... Actually they don't know how to do Ecommerce business

Only ambience is good rest no facilities for teachers much.

Salary less dan ur expectations quoted. Work pressure alot. Especially for main teacher and timings for teacher are strict , wait back also stretches alot. Dont go on sweet talks here. If ready to travel from far dan dont opt.

Good salary in comparision to other schools and fix date of getting salary.

Vibgyor mainly focuses on documentatation part which compel the employee to compromise on giving quality education. employee keep busy in winding up expected documentation, only on the basis of which he or she is rated. Content knowledge is not even in their third catagory when parents pay too high, their expectations from the scool are obvious.

Workings hours and payscale.

Dislikes

No bonus. No mediclaim benefits for family. No job security, they will throw you anytime. Strict appraisals. Lala company work culture. Communalism - team working/discussions is not for kanda lasun eating people (if you understand). Working here is just like working for stupid non educated bosses who are associated with owners family for 20-25 years with 0 knowledge or education just sitting at higer levels (not so imandari se).
