It's challenging and helps you in learning many things. It's structured and roles are well defined.

The salary for the amount of work given is very less. The work pressure is very high. Individual's work are mostly unnoticed.

It's a nice and fun environment to work at. Good to have on your CV. They have a lot of events and workshops. Has excellent curriculum and a lot of focus is given on children's overall development.

Dislikes

Appraisals. They should pay teachers more especially due to the heavy workload. They have meetings weekly which happen after school hours. They have too many observations. Students lack discipline and the school hardly takes any measures to correct them.

Managment does not believe in retaining there employees there are treated like resource and not human. They believe themselves to be process driven but does not use it when required . Learning and development team is pathetic they give useless training .
